We stand by our 30-day Money Back Guarantee to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the date the product(s) were received.
Our 30-day Money Back Guarantee applies to only one product per customer. This gives you the opportunity to trial any of our products with complete satisfaction before ordering more. If you have ordered multiple products, only one will be eligible for the 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
To return your product(s) and request a refund, you should:
1. Mail your product(s) to Suite 407, 730 Arizona Avenue, Santa Monica CA 90401; and
2. Submit your refund request to email@example.com and include a photo of the product(s) being returned, to notify Customer Service.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to post to your bank or credit card.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In your e-mail refund request, you will need to provide detailed information for any product that has been damaged in transit, photo proof and a receipt or proof of purchase within that timeframe. If your claim is approved, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price.
Please check the order confirmation that you will receive via e-mail. If there are any errors, please notify us immediately.
When shipping returns back to us, please ensure items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. If you are shipping a product(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product(s).
We encourage our customers who require a regular supply of product(s) to re-order when they have consumed roughly half of the contents of those product(s). This will prevent shipping delays.
